Quick Update - Ben LOVES Barley Cereal and has actually been eating it 2 times a day for 2 days now - after about another week we are going to start introducing veggies - he LOVES eating. No hesitation at all and doesn't spit it out!
He also loves Katie - which is awesome.
The heat wave had us move the baby back in our room so that he can stay cool at night but this super cool new swaddle that we got as a hand me down is keeping him sleeping for much longer.
It's called a woombie and it's AMAZING. I am going to have to go out and buy another one for him. It looks weird - but it's perfect because he can move around a little bit - but he's nice and snug and can't jerk himself awake uncontrollably. It's AWESOME!
We went on a little shopping trip to get Katie some Mega Bloks and to get Ben some new toys - it was a successful trip and fun for us. She also requested that we go to a rest-aur-ront for breakfast this morning - so we did and that was fun as well. They really are so well behaved - especially when we go out and do things. The bad behavior usually happens at home when they get cabin fever.
We are doing well - just TIRED - the heat wave and everything else has meant VERY little sleep around here - but we are hopeful that tonight will bring relief for all of us.
