Here I am later that night.. Daddy was trying to convince me I should go to sleep.... he even laid down on my princess couch with me.

As you can see... it wasn't really working!

I love playing with paper. Toilet paper, tissues, mail - I love it all!

Above... I just woke up from a nap and mommy throught I had the coolest bed head - so she took a picture!

Mimi sent me a halloween card, and I got it 5 minutes after she left from a visit:) Here I am opening it up with Daddy, wearing one of my new outfits from Grammie.

I got some super cool gifts this past week! Cousin Kathy & Aunt Judy sent me the cutest Halloween card from Maine and i got a very nice sweatsuit from Aruba. (I think Kathy went on another cruise:)) Here I am opening up my package! THANK YOU!!!

Grumps brought me these super cool shoes from Canada... it's my first official pair of Walking shoes!!!!! Wish me luck:)

I have learned to Wave Hello, and sometimes I do it at the strangest times- but sometimes I do it at just the right time. Grumps taught me how to give 5 yesterday - so mommy and daddy are gonna see if I can remember it and keep doing it.

I can stand up all by myself and am working on figuring out how to sit down without collapsing.
I am also developing quite a bit of Sass... grumps was bugging me yesterday - so I swatted his hand out of the way and then yelled at him... it was really funny to everyone at the time... but it just means mommy and daddy are going to have a hard time with me for the next 18 years!!!! Wish them luck!

More visit with Grammie and Grampie

As you can see.. we had a FABULOUS time with Grammie and Grampie this past weekend. We played games, I showed them all my new tricks and we even got to go on a Hay Ride and pumpkin picking. I had the best time and could tell they had fun too!

This week Grumps & Mimi are coming for a visit and mommy, daddy and I are walking in the Manhattanville College Breast Cancer Walk on Sunday - wish us luck!!!!

Grammie and Grampie are here and I'm crawling for real!!

And here is my latest video... I randomly decided that I would Crawl for real today when they got here... so now I crawl on all fours... unless I want to go really fast, then I go back to the Army Crawl cause I'm really good at that:)

Tomorrow we are going to try to go pumpkin picking in the morning - cross your fingers that the weather holds out for us:)

I'm still standing!!

Today I was feeling much better! I took a long nap in the morning and then we went grocery shopping. When we came home... I played in my pen again... and kept standing, and standing and standing! I even tried one hand a few times...

I'm getting good at this and sometimes I even take a few steps while holding onto things...

This weekend Grammie and Grampie are coming to visit and they aren't going to believe how fast and strong I am!!!!

Sick Days

I went to Mimi's on Sunday for Uncle Mike's Birthday and was really cranky and whiney, which is really not like me at all - so mommy thought something was wrong...

She was right... I have another cold:( This time, I've been very cranky about it - so I require lots of attention.

Yesterday daddy stayed home with us cause he was starting to feel sick too... and I only wanted to hang out with him and my purple dancing monkey.



Here I am this morning... standing up in my play area like a big kid. I have figured out how to stand, so now I pull up on everything that I possibly can, the couch, the coffee table, my play pen, crib and pack and play... and I think I'm so big that sometimes I even take my hands off momentarily before I crash back down. Things have gotten interesting in this house for sure!

This weekend we are hoping to get to an Orchard, and maybe get some Halloween pictures taken..we'll see how I'm feeling and whether or not I want to cooperate! :)
