This is how I eat breakfast!

Well, things are still moving at light speed around here!
Poor Ben has been cutting his first teeth for about 2 whole weeks now and now on top of that (he's getting close to done, cause I can see them RIGHT under the gum now) he has a wicked cold.
I'm talking oodles and oodles of Green boogers - poor baby!!!!
He hadn't been sleeping well for awhile, so after disassembling and resassembling his brand new crib to put it on our room from Katie's room - I did it again over the weekend and put it in what was going to be the office and is now his room.
I move furniture alot - ask Dave, he loves it! we moved our student desk downstairs, then back upstairs, the computer desk downstairs and now the crib, dresser and rocker - then put the student desk up in Katie's room and now will eventually put a bookcase in Ben's room for some toys, decorations. We also moved our dressers to the office room and back and will have to move my craft chest from Ben's room into our room so that we can fit his bookshelf...
At the end of the day, everyone will have their own space and it will look and feel wonderful!
It's nice to have our clothes back in our room again and have separate spaces for the kids. If for nothing else, I like the idea of decorating each of their spaces separately for now. I do want them to share a room eventually - but until he's sleeping better, I will keep them separate.
He turned 4 months yesterday and his check up has him at 14 pounds:) The doctor said he looks fabulous and he got some shots and got to eat cereal for the first time tonight!
Other than that, Katie is a super rock star. She is such a great big sister and for a 2.5 year old - handles the fact that we have to do things for Ben all the time VERY WELL. Even if we have to leave the park because he's crying - she never gets angry. She isn't jealous except sometimes if Dave is paying too much attention to him in the morning (so I can sleep in) but that's getting better too!
She likes to challenge us with her meals and I imagine it's because it's one of the only things she can actually control - but I'll take it since that's usually our biggest frustration with her on a daily basis. She doesn't really act out and is never really BAD - I just get frustrated with her sometimes when she demands attention and I'm taking care of Ben - but that's not her fault and that's not bad behavior - that's her just wanting to play.
We are going through some changes with Dave's job that are going to make finances a little interesting around here - but we are more than prepared and and will be able to handle it just fine - we will just have to try to budget a little for once - boo hoo, right? I know. We have been more than lucky that the economy hadn't really hit us yet - so I can't complain!
her nails are pink - but only on one hand - she insists that we don't paint the other - I don't get it.
Katie also started a free music class at the library here in town and she LOVES it. It runs for 6 weeks so that is a fun activity for us all:)
Ben still won't take a bottle or a pacifier and he bought himself a little extra time seeing as how he's soo pitiful being sick and all - so maybe in a week we will try to break him from this again.
