Today we had one of our awesome play dates with miss Mia from downstairs! They brought up lots of fun paints and some fun stuff to paint. It was Katie's first time painting and I didn't know what to expect but she LOVED IT!!! She was super concentrated and silent and didn't try to eat the paint or do anything bad. She just painted her wooden butterfly and turtle and seemed perfectly happy to do so. I will take pictures of the finished product later... but she did a great job and I guess that means I have to go out and buy paints to add to our craft and lesson plans!!!!
